We need a legislation for permanent legal status for DACA recipients

DACA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL they are people who were brought here as children who are now adults with jobs and or businesses. They pay processing fees every year or two depending on the President's decision to renew their DACA status that gives them no rights to vote or freedom to travel outside the Unites States while holding the same responsibilities to pay taxes as US citizens. It's a unconditional program that has ran since 2012 more than 10 years of them seeking legalization by following the law. While Both Biden and Trump prioritized people from other countries giving them asylum and access to free health care, food and housing.
