Tell Harper to Reverse Pipeline Decision Violating the Constitution‏

Harper recently signed the FIPA agreement between Canada and China.  This agreement allows China to sue British Columbia if the province makes any changes that would change the course of the Northern Gateway proposal.  Not only has the pipeline decision threatened the environment, but the signing of FIPA violates the Constitution.

In the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in the Constitution, it says that Native Americans must be consulted for all changes affecting their land.  However, FIPA overrules this, violating the rights of Native Americans and our Constitution.

Tell Harper following the Constitution is not optional!
