Stop councils persecuting the unemployed , the sick, the disabled and poor pensioners .

For some time now councils have been given the power to set up their own council tax support schemes .This has led to councils actually choosing to charge council tax on unemployed people , people who are sick , people who are disabled and pensioners .Taking these people to court following up with bailiffs with some people gaining a criminal record .This persecution of these people has led to more people using food banks and more people than ever being homeless and more people suffering massive amounts of stress adding to the suicide rate not to mention having an effect on mental health .The solution is simple stop charging council tax on the unemployed ,the sick , the disabled and poor pensioners . please share this petition   get this disgrace  stopped.
