Expand VA Medical to enclude treatment for hearing loss and eye care!

Alot of veterans have loss their hearing or have damaged ear drums or has ringing in their ears and has lost some vision or all their vision. It is only right to expand the coverage for thoses vets in need. This is to include past, present and future vets.
