GET A NEO-NATAL SURGICAL WARD in Manchester's Children's Hospital

I'm trying to get a neo-natal surgical ward in Manchester children's hospital as there is currently no surgical ward for babies.

Without this ward, babies are in cubicles alongside older children. We understand all children need care, but babies and smaller children need more care and attention than older children, and need nurses around all the time.
