I believe that it is a serious human right to make sure that everyone should have the chance to see their favorite musician or band in concert, no matter what kind of music they're playing.
Pls help me get my mums approval to see my favorite band with my best friend. I know that it's a 5 or 6 hour drive away, but I need her to trust me enough so I can go. This is probably a once in a lifetime opportunity, plus, the tickets are soooo cheap. I feel like this is the time for me to see the band at least once.
I understand that all parents want to do is protect their "baby" for as long as possible, but this is one if those times that they need to let go, and let them experience things on their own.
The worst possible thing that could happen is post concert depression and crying for weeks after, but the best possible thing is making your child so happy that they cannot stop smiling because they saw their musical inspiration. Plus, she would be with her best friend which makes it 10x better.
