Bring Fine Arts Back to the Elementary Atlanta Public Schools

Band has been removed from the elementary schools in the Atlanta Public School System. This is beyond a travesty. Band not only teaches a skill that can be used for the rest of your life, but it also teaches discipline, and character. How can a child who just started playing in the sixth grade compete with children who have been since six and seven years old for full scholarships at the top schools in the country. Please help me bring music back to school system.
