NALASRA Events did not meet expectaions of our sme stalls as promised by council

On the 7th till the 11th of May, the Municipality of Otjiwarongo hosted the NALASRA games or events were various Councils/Municipalities paticipated.
The Otjiwarongo Municipality invited Sme's and individuals to also take part in this events by selling various food and beverages products that can be served to the guests through a tender form process that cost N$100-00, and an extra amount ranging from N$1000-00 to N$1500 depending on the stall selected.

We are very unhappy as the events at Mokati staduim did not take place as planned , (1) Day 1 no events took place, so we lost out on our anticipated sales and the times of the events did not meet our expectations as most of the events finished at 20h00 again we lost on our sales, The last day the 11th from Morning till 22h00 no event at mokati staduim so we lost on our sales having mentioned that we thefrore are requseting for the council to refund us our stalls money 100% as we spend alot of moneyand were hoping to recover our money spend from our sales of which we did not make any but a lost.
