nintendo to change their copyright policies

i think nintendo should allow people to review and let's play any of their games mainly because it's the gamers first amendment right to show off and talk about their games. not only would it allow them to learn from their mistakes but also gain free publicity for allowing people like pewdiepie let's playing games but allow people like angry joe, the completionist, pro jared, or any other reviewer.
