We demand our Texas Senators and house representatives to decriminalize possession of Marijuana!

This petition is asking all Texas senators and house representatives to vote in favor for Senate bill hb-81. This bill currently being introduced would decriminalize any possession of marijuana less then an Ounce. Effectively making it a civil fine up to $250. We ask that the civil fine be struck (removed) from Senate bill HB-81. Allowing Texas citizens to be in possession of marijuana up to an ounce without any fear of arrests or civil fines.

We support such a bill. We ask our representatives and senators to relieve our communities of unnecessary arrests. Forfitore and seizure of property due to an arrest of marijuana less then an Ounce. Retroactively removing any arrest record of any citizen of Texas due to possession of small amounts of marijuana.
