Removal of Admin Rights from Building 30's Computer Lab

Before the change to Windows 10, the students who frequented Building 30's Computer Lab had the freedom to install the software needed for their academics, such as video-editing software for a group presentation, or software that can assist those who struggle with specific issues. These recently-added limitations limit the opportunities for the students. This petition is on behalf of the students who frequently visit the computer lab, who wish to disable such restrictions.
