Veto Micro-Chip Bill...It is unconstitutional, and not safe

I need your help to get the Microchip bill vetoed by congress and the senate.  This bill is set to go active in 2017.  Where all must have it to gain medical will have to have it.  This microchip has caused cancer in rats that they tested it on and many pets who have had the chip have died, or ended up with terminal cancer, or have had to have surgery for cancer.  This cancer grew around the microchip and spread.  It is also unsafe if you need an MRI.  This chip also, will invade your privacy, not only here in the USA but globally.  Can you image having yourself hacked like a credit card?  This microchip is a danger to everyone LIFE, LIBERTY AND FREEDOM.
