Demand an End to the Pay Gap Women Lawyers face

Female attorneys make 85-cents per dollar that male attorneys make. On top of this, it is harder for women to get high positions like equity partners. 45% of law firm associates are females, and yet only 18% are equity partners. Of those 18% female equity partners, they make 80% of what male equity partners make. This is wrong and needs to be put to an end. Whether male or female, people need to be rewarded for their job and not their gender.
