STOP SOUTH CAROLINA FROM MAKING AN ABORTION ELIGIBLE FOR THE DEATH PENALTY

A proposed bill in SC states that could make mother's seeking abortions in the state sentence to DEATH. The bill, "South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act of 2023,″ seeks to make getting an abortion murder. Mothers would have to go to court to make a case of getting an abortion, and if the judge denies your case and you still get one, even out of state, you can be charged with murder. This bill is vague that it could potentially include MISCARRIAGES. If this bill is passed Women in SC would not only take away their right to get an abortion. Getting an abortion, without the consent of a judge, WOULD MAKE A CRIME PUNISABLE BY DEATH. Which is why we can unite and stop the GOP on making this fascist bill into law in SC.
