Right to carry a concealed weapon in MD

With all the violence in our world we as individuals need to be able to protect ourselves ... Most of the people with guns are either thugs, in a gang, or have mental illness. Just saying no dont shoot me or my child doesnt work. We need to be able to shoot back. Of course there should be guide lines, no mental illness on record or felonies. Take a gin course and be able to use a weapon properly. But we shouldnt be told we cant have a gun. There are states that have the right to carry and you dont hear about their citizens juts deciding to shoot people up because they can carry
