Demand for a dog park in the wasted space in this community

Our dogs are cooped up in small back yards. And yes, some of us take our pets for walks. But when do our high energy dogs or puppies get to run and/or play. This could also be a solution to dog dropping all over the park. As the dogs will mainly be in one area(or two, if you feel generous) I believe this is an amenity that would be used more than any other in the neighborhood. And unique to our community.
