Tax paying citizens with no access to hospital beds what a shame

I am shocked to see my wife who has suffers from bipolar mental health who for the past 15 years had access to the hospital mental health ward now is forced to suffer at home with me having two choices either stop working to give her 24hr care or hire nurses to come into our home at my expense I have to stand by and suffer seeing her in this condition but due to hospital funding cuts thanks to our provincial government
