Later School Starting Time

Statistics show that teens are among those to least likely to get enough sleep. Teens need nine to ten hours of sleep. Being sleep deprived, makes a person more prone to developing depression and aids in obesity.
Students are more motivated to go to school if it doesn't start so early in the morning. Studies show that more students were present when they changed the starting time from 7:30 AM to 8:30 and their GPA increased.
