Justice for American Slain in Senegal

We are seeking justice for slain American, Mohammed Khabeer, killed in Senegal Wednesday, January 22, 2020. We are demanding increased police presence and security for the protection of American and Senegalese citizens that reside in the Madina Bye region.

In the early morning, a group of intruders armed with knives broke into the home of 20 year old Mohammed and his father in Koan, Senegal. Mohammed was fatally injured and his father lay in critical condition.

We want to see the perpetrators caught and prosecuted to the highest extent of the International Law.

The region of Medina Baye has the highest international visitors rate in Senegal as a whole. Mohammed's community is deep in grief and unbelief at this moment, and our immediate concern is the safety of our children in the area. Over 50 American students reside in Maduna Bye, just 2 miles from the home that was attacked.

Please sign this petition NOW so that we can communicate the need for immediate action to the US State Department, the Senegalese Embassy in America, the Consulate, and the US Embassy in Dakar.

Please communicate your personal outrage to your national and local authorities, and urge them to issue statements demanding justice.
