Change Medicare Denial of Sex Change Insurace Coverage

Medicare says Sex Change Surgery is "Experimental" based on questionable research done in the 1970's.  Since then there have been over 100,000 successful SRS (Sex Reassignement Surgery) performed.  Is that still exxperimental and cosmetic?  The Medicae rule in question is Medicare NCD (National Coverage Determination) 140.3 which can be Googled.  The AMA (American Medical Association) Ressolution 122 (A-08) supports the Medical Neccissity of SRS Google to see Document.  Please support Changing this antiquated outmoded rule.  Thank you so much.
