Demand the End of Horse Fighting

We need to stop the inhuman and brutal gamblers in the Philippines who find pleasure in holding horsefights to support their habit. Meanwhile, these beautiful and powerful creatures are enduring pain and suffering needlessly for a gamblers barbaric need to see blood for profit. This must come to end to save these horses from savage and bloodthirsty illegal gains and the only way is to make this horrific event public knowledge and send this petition to President Rodrigo Duterte and the Tenth Congress of the Philippines. Under the Philippines' "ANIMAL WELFARE ACT OF 1998" the Republic Act No.8485: "It shall be unlawful for any person to torture any animal, ... or maltreat any animal or to subject any dog or horse to dogfights or horsefights." (under section 6). Please help me to put an end to this by signing this petition.
