Stop ripping the kids off on 4H fees for renting a steer pen

They charged children $25 last year for a pen for thier steer projects at the local 4H barn.. This year they want ti charge the children $230 for a 5 month rental.. This is for the kids not the wealthy to put money in thier own pockets.. Children can no longer afford to keep thier steers at 4H because of the cost this year.
