Demand RSPCA to do the job they are paid to.

Every day there are numerous posts of the public stating how useless this charity is, FAILING to attend urgent calls for help. Leaving starving & injured animals to suffer. Millions of pounds wasted, lining management jobs within the charity. It's time this charity was held accountable for their serious failings. More action is needed.
