MAKING QUAD BIKES FREELY SPEEDING ON THE ROAD ILLEGAL

BECAUSE THE ROADS WITH OUR CHILDREN ITS UNSAFE FOR THE DRIVER AND PEOPLE WALKING DOWN THE ROAD.
THEY APPARENTLY DON'T EVEN NEED A LICENCE AND ITS WRONG! MY CHILDS LIFE IS IN DANGER AND ALL OUR CHILDRENS LIFES ARE WHILE THESE NOISE OFFENSIVE DEATH TRAPS ARE ON A PUBLIC ROAD AND PAVEMENTS SOMETIMES ITS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL!

WE NEED TO SPEAK UP AGAINST THESE MACHINES AND I THANK EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO SIGNS :) LETS MAKE THE STREETS MORE SAFE FOR OUR CHILDREN!

The noise of these bikes are as offensive as the bikes themselves! These should not be allowed on our roads especially when they endanger childrens lifes! So many accidents have happened because of these bikes and its time people listened and acted against them! Please do so :)
