Allow the British public (with good evidence) to report small crimes anonymously

Currently, if you want report a small crime, even with good photographic/video evidence, you'll have to stand as a complainant or witness in Court which inevitably means having to reveal your full home address to the accused (not good if you don't want any repercussions).

If you want to have more confidence in reporting a small (petty) crime without fearing intimidation, please sign this petition.
