Force WA police to Investigate & charge Taylor Smith

Taylor Smoth, an adult, pushed a 16 year old girl off a 60ft bridge, despite knowing it was illegal, and the 16 year old was very seriously hurt. The video of it and Taylor's behavior since show she lacks remorse!! Let's push law enforcement to investigate and arrest her!
