Keep the Blackford High School theater

The Blackford High School theater is already pretty small but is used for theater camp, show choir, and jazz band. The choir has been practing in the band room and it has been working. If we should be doing anything with the theater it should be expanding it so we can have more on the stage such as Jr High band and choir concerts in the theater instead of the gym.
