Guardianship

Both parents (Daniel and Brittany McCollough) are in substance abuse treatment with the result of the children residing in foster care.  Department of Human Services of Warren County has determined that these children are Child In Need of Assistance.  Grandparents, William F. McCollough and Judy A. McCollough are petitioning to the court for legal guardianship of the grandchildren, Joshua T. McCollough (4yrs old) and Landon D. McCollough (1yr old).
