STOP REZONING OF COMMERCIAL LAND ON POSTAL WAY

Stop Rezoning of Commercial land to Residential\Mixed Use High Density Apartments.

Postal Way even with the extra lane can't handle 4 thousand more Cars per day at the Entrance of Carolina Forest.

It would be a Major Burden of Horry County Resources, and Put a big stress on Police,Fire, EMS, and the Current Infrastructure.

The Carolina Forest School System will be Totally Inindated, and Children will be put in a bad way.

Local Businesses will be affected with the unwanted traffic,Services to Residents from First Responders will be greatly delayed.

This is a Bad Rezoning Project whether overseen by Horry County Government or Annexed by the City of Conway for Profit.

Carolina Forest should not Negotiate under Duress by Councilman Dennis DiSabato with his Ultimatums, Build this Time Bomb or Conway will Annex Parts of Carolina Forest!!!

We say to Councilman DiSabato Carolina Forest should NEVER be held hostage or negotiate at the Barrel of a Gun.
