Banning the use of cell phones while driving.

I would like to ban the use of cellular devices while operating any vehicle. 13 states have this ban and I know it work's well in California, people pay attention to their drivng without people their lives in danger and others because their mind is on the road and not on their conversation, and when parent's have their kid's in the vehicle I would call that child endangerment becuse their mind is not on driving but on their phones and it will generate money for the state of Minnesoa!!
