long over due repairs. windows foged, broken seal, water comes in it rains hard. no air conditioning for a week. zoro and steve looked at. zoro attempted to repair a 35 plus air conditioner. Was walking dogs, saw steve and Zoro. Advised blowing warm air. Said to call in and place order. Went out and purchased a 75.00 fan. Niece picked me and my dogs up and spent night there two nights. I have an elderly dog and it was 82 degrees in apartment for 3 days. Luckily not in the 90's which it will be soon. I am paying for an air conditioned apartment. My electric bill every when air conditioner and/or heater averages 110 or more. I have checked with 3 neighbors, one with two bedroom apartment, and two with lofts. There bills are about same as mine, sometimes less. Heater is glued, puttied up. Doubt if maintenance men have license. Two incompetent maintenance men for 270 apartments is totally ludicrous.
