Shouldn’t everyone be safe ?

In Middleton ma east st doesn’t have a side walk and it’s a long road so most people who like to walk to places can’t go anywhere without a car. Most kids like to be independent and walk with there friends or ride bikes to locale candy stores. I believe east st should have side walks starting at masco and ending at howies station.
