Neighborhood speed bumps to stop speeding

Our community neighborhood speed limit is 25 mph Our children ride their bikes and play outside daily with parent supervision. Still, speeding cars go through even with asking to slow down . Very scary and I've taken a few plate numbers but until a visual reminder that will force them to slow down since playing children doesn't do it.
