Initiate a popular vote on the fiscal cliff

People should show Congress that we really don't need them.  Pay attention, Congress, with your polarization and personal agenda.  We elected you (hired you) and we can fire you (next election).  Meantime, let's have a special vote on the fiscal cliff and resolve it ourselves.  Popular democratic majority wins!  This whole thing is really pathetic and sad.  What is the matter with you all?  You are so worried about satisfying your special interests that you have lost sight of what your job is!
