STOP ANIMAL ABUSE !! TEACH THE YOUNG NOW !!!!

I saw A child KICK a small dog , that child will grow up doing same it was taught , we need each school to educate kids while young and to teach them report abuse in home or wherever seen , w/o outing them , kids are our future voice to save and treat all animals with respect please lets sign petition all it takes is 500 signatures to pass bill , but check your state and DON'T STOP ..DON'T BE QUIET , DON'T FEAR ,
