Elephants, Rhinos & lions are on the brink of extinction... We are their only hope. We need people WORLDWIDE to speak out and take a stand for these amazing species before it is too late.
We are calling on the U.S. government to prioritize the extinction crisis by implementing laws to better protect wildlife from trafficking, trophy hunting and lives of confinement and abuse.
WE ARE A GENERATION AWAKENING AND WE ARE READY TO SEE THE FOLLOWING LAWS ENACTED IN OUR COUNTRY:
1. Follow the U.K.'s suit in banning the use and exploitation of wild animals in circuses.
2. Completely BAN the import of elephant, rhino or lion parts into our country. -This will result in less Americans going overseas to "trophy hunt" these animals.
3. BAN the private ownership of exotic animals. -Thus affecting the supply and demand on the black market in the trafficking of exotic animals. This can help end the trade of lion cubs who are often stolen from their mothers in the wild and trafficked in suitcases into the exotic pet trade. No big cat (or primate, or other wild animal) deserves to be robbed of their freedom and life in the wild for a life of confinement in someone's backyard as a "pet".
