Okay so as of right now there is only 2 states that have laws against jobs and housing discrimination of medical marijuana. Nevada and New Jersey. I live in Ohio where there's no laws about it and the ones they have are extremely unclear. I have been evicted from my apartment for medicating legally. I have epilepsy and due to federal laws allowing that I'm homeless going through more health issues now. I'm not the only one that's being affected by this. It is not right! If it's medicine it should be viewed as such! Name one other medication they do that with? It's pretty much a violation of privacy laws as well. I shouldn't have to share my health issues with every apartment or house I try to move into just so they can discriminate against a certain medicine. I've spoken to city council and law makers in Ohio and they have given me support and are telling me to go full out with getting followers and others to be a part of this. I'm not asking for myself I'm asking for the thousands of others going through this.
