Stop arresting and harassing the people of Dabhel villiage in Gujrat India

The people belonging to a village called Dabhel in India, have been harassed by the police in their locality, since Eid UL Adah October 2014, (which is a Muslim festival),
First 4 people were arrested in connection with slaughtering of a cow these people have been in custody for the past two months without charge,
When the police arrested the 4 people in question, the police on arresting told the villagers that four people will only return in body bags.
This caused the Dabhel people to protest and consequently more arrests were made. The police have been arresting people since then on a daily basis without discriminating young and old religious scholars, women and teenage girls have all been taken  the police have also raided houses frequently and have disrupted lives and livelihoods of the whole village, shops and businesses are scared to open due to some police asking for bribe money constantly. When the villagers visit members of their families in custody they have to pay bribe money to visit. This injustice has to stop and the people of Dabhel should be treated fairly and released immediately.
