People who sign this petition stand in agreement with Angels of Hands Facility that NO BUSINESS should be threatened or shut down behind false allegations when there is NO PROOF OF THE ALLEGATIONS MADE (Physical/Verbal Abuse) to be found true!

We demand that Emily Barnes, RN, Owner/Administrator be returned to the Angels of Hands Assisted Living Facility property by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and that her Assisted Living Facility License remain active.

We demand that her Adult Daycare Center License be released so that her clients that remain on a waiting list may be properly assisted throughout the day.
