Stop the Eviction of Feral Cats at the DFA grounds.

Department of Fereign Affairs (DFA) employees in Manila orchestrated the barbaric and inhumane throwing of feral cats in sacks since 1998.As an eployee of the DFA, I have stepped in to take care of these cats, but most employees are insensitive to the cause despite my steps not to let them loiter the DFAgrounds, as well as treat them humanely. They have impounded recently some cats, and at this time, they have instructed maintenace men to throw away six helpless kittens, whose mother was already impounded on 20 April 2013. I pleaded with them to stop impounding them, since the cats will again be replaced by new groups of stray and feral cats, but they did not listen
