Allow Mr. Nice Cream to play his music!

Mr. Nice Cream brings joy and happiness to thousands of adults and children each and every day!  City of Kingston bylaw office wants him to turn his music off!  There is no joy or excitement if there is no music!  We need him to play his music! Let him continue to put smiles on thousands of peoples faces everyday!
