End big ticket mark ups by personal sellers

I wanna petition the Ontario Government and then the Federal government to make laws in place to protect consumers from greedy sellers. People buying up the big ticket items to make stores sold put of them and turn a profit reselling online. I want the government to impose stricter laws against reselling items. Make manufactures of all products have m.s.r.p (manufacturer suggested retail price) on all items and stores not be allowed to mark up more then 15% and other people selling them have to stick to this price scale. The fad since the days of furbys is enough. Half the people selling these items after they buy frpm store dont claim the income to the CRA (Canada revenue agency) tax fraud. So if you want a change it starts here. Lets end the greed
