Please help keep a murderer in prison

I was just notified that my cousin's murderer is coming up for parole on November 10th. He fractured her skull with a .45 caliber pistol and shot her in her lower back with the bullet coming out of her chest. He also shot the closet that I was hiding in while shooting at my aunt who was running from him to get help. She had their 13 month old daughter in her arms also. He left their 3 daughters motherless. This happened over 33 years ago and I need to keep him in there. ALL signatures are greatly appreciated
