Dr. Lee Promotion to Kudon

This is a petition to have Dr. Lee promoted from Hachidan to Kudan with the International Combat Arts Federation (ICAF) for everything he has given to the art of Judo and his continued dedication back from retirement to help grow and get back to traditional Judo standards.
