To old to be a pilot stop at age 69

My beautiful niece 38 yrs old was on board a private plane with her co worker. The pilot was 74 yrs old and was very well experienced. He flew by vision only. Little did they know that was the last day they would see. In crashed into a mountain and they were all killed. Shortly after there has been more small private aircraft accidents and pilots being over 70 yrs of age. Crashing into residentual homes killing people that were not even on plane. Time to stop that they shouldn’t be flying at all
