I Rafael A. Vargas have been part of this community for over 25 years.  I promess you that , I will listen to your concerns , and will meet regularly with precint commanding officer , and community  affairs  officers to discuss and find solutions to our public safety problems.

• Protect the lives and property of our neighbors fellows.
• reporting crime and preventing crime in our community.
• Make sure to inform my community of all NYPD procedures pertaining our community safety.
