Demand for Lower Power Bills , Removal of erroneous charges and Better Customer Service!! !

We, the residents of Parkside at Camp Creek Apts in East Point are tired of the extremely high power bills. The charges are unreasonable and can not be explained when customers call. The feed back from East Point Power's staff is rude and unhelpful. We are tired of having limited grace periods and no options for payment arrangements , especially when the bills are in excess of $300. Some residents of this community bills have been as high as $2200!
