Give the Maxium Sentence to Darren Hindman for shooting and killing his girlfriend's dog.

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio - A North Ridgeville man has been charged with shooting and killing his girlfriend's dog following an argument. Darren Hindman, 50, is accused of shooting the dog and burying him in their back yard. Dispatchers received a call that someone drowned a dog on Bagley Road and was burying it in the backyard. When authorities arrived, they found Winslow, a boxer mix, was actually shot.Hindman was then arrested for cruelty to animals and discharging a firearm.
