Demand Justice for Arkansas Families Affected by Nursing Home Negligence & Corruption

Many families struggle with transitioning a loved one into a nursing home but find comfort in the belief that their family member is in good hands. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for Martha Bull and her family.

Mrs. Bull entered the Greenbrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for what should have been a 30-day rehabilitation after she suffered a mild stroke and abdominal illness.

About three weeks later, Ms. Bull died because the facility failed to assess her condition after she informed them that she was experiencing severe abdominal pain. In addition, the facility failed to adequately communicate with a doctor about her symptoms, complaints, and possible treatment. The physician staff's fax ordered Greenbrier to send Mrs. Bull to the emergency room — she was not. The fax was not picked up by staff until the next morning.

While Mrs. Bull's family was served justice after an investigation revealed negligence, abuse, and corruption tied to nursing home owner and operator, Michael Morton, too many families are still searching for justice.

Moreover, the facility owner, Michael Morton, owns and operates roughly 30 similar facilities. Who knows how many families have lost a loved one due to Morton's negligence and corrupt facilities?

Join us in demanding justice for Arkansas families who have been deeply hurt by Morton's facilities, and calling on our nursing homes to put patient lives over profit.
