Greenhouse levy

There is a simple solution to the problem of Global Warming. That is to plant native trees to create a carbon sink( as the trees grow they absord CO2 from the atomsphere)
to solve Greenhouse emissions we will need to introduce a greenhouse levy.
At the rate of 2 cents per litre of fuel and 1 cent per kilowatt of electricity.
